尹景宣律師

尹律師受有完整法學訓練，並在實務上累積多年經驗，自2014年執業迄今，主要處理民事訴訟、工程爭議（包含工程訴訟、政府採購申訴、履約爭議調解、仲裁等）與刑事金融案件。於擔任執業律師前，曾任職國內銀行與保險法務部門，熟悉企業內部風險控管與決策思維，在承辦案件時，能從不同立場出發，綜合評估並提出更周全的處理方向。
面對複雜的法律關係與事實爭點，尹律師習慣先釐清問題的核心，再一步步建立可行的訴訟策略，讓當事人在不確定的情況中，仍能掌握方向與節奏。

Edith Yin has been in active practice since 2014, focusing on civil litigation, construction disputes—including litigation, government procurement appeals, mediation, and arbitration—and financial criminal defense.
Before entering private practice, Edith spent several years in the legal and compliance departments of domestic banks and insurance companies. This corporate background gives her a distinctive perspective; when assessing a case, she draws on her deep understanding of how financial institutions operate, manage risk, and make decisions. This insight allows her to effectively anticipate opposing positions and build comprehensive, practical strategies for clients.
